Celeste Webb, a 18-year veteran in the real estate business, founded Realty-AdvisorsSM Carolina in 2007. Celeste set out to build a different type of brokerage firm created by real estate agents for real estate agents that offers superior broker support and flexibility with the most competitive commission plans in the Upstate. Celeste’s business savvy has paid off. The company has steadily grown over the past five years, ranking in the top 20 in volume in its main service area and representing well over 100 home buyers and sellers in 2011.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, Celeste is a true consultative advisor to the real estate agents with Realty-Advisors Carolina. In addition to her real estate experience, Celeste prides herself on being ultra-supportive and very hands-on with agents. In short, when the phone rings, she answers it. She assists with problem solving and the development of marketing and promotional plans as well as providing extensive, customized sales training and the latest market data and information.
Originally from Atlanta, Celeste moved to Greenville, SC in 2008 with her husband and two children, Anna and Bryan. Together, they enjoy reading, watching sports and exploring South Carolina.

Chris has been active in the residential real estate industry for more than 20 years. His experience includes building and operating high-profile national brokerages, managing sales and marketing for national builders, and publishing regional real estate market research products.
Most recently, as President of REALHome Services and Solutions, Inc. (RHSS), Chris was responsible for conceptualizing, constructing, and leading an innovative real estate brokerage specializing in seller representation that generated more than 53,000 closings and $100 million in agent commissions from 2009 to 2013. RHSS was ranked the 13th largest real estate brokerage in the United States in 2012 with 16,656 transaction sides by industry publication REAL Trends. The same publication described Chris as a “visionary” and noted that his brokerage ranked #1 in the nation for agent efficiency in 2013 – a nod to Chris’s ability to recruit, train, and hone extremely successful real estate agents.
Chris has personally sold more than 1,000 homes during his real estate career. He holds real estate broker licenses in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia and is also a certified real estate instructor in South Carolina.
Martha Schwartz, Corporate Recruiter
As the Corporate Recruiter for Realty-Advisor’s Carolina, Martha Schwartz is often the first face to greet new real estate agents, playing an integral role in building Realty-Advisor’s exemplary team of talented realtors. Having been in the business for over 17 years and moved 11 times in 15 years, Martha certainly knows the makings of a great real estate agent. While she no longer actively sells real estate, her love of the business makes her one of Realty-Advisor Carolina’s top employees.
Originally from Bradford, Pennsylvania, Martha relocated to Greenville, SC with her husband in 1999, seeking the ideal spot to call home for years to come. She has three sons, four grandsons and three granddaughters.
